Skyline Residencies — 3D Viz

01 — Task

Skyline Development needed photorealistic 3D architectural visualisations and an interactive virtual tour to launch pre-sales of a luxury residential tower — before groundbreaking had taken place and with no physical showroom available. The CGI real estate visualisation had to communicate material quality, spatial proportions, and neighbourhood integration convincingly enough to support purchase decisions.

02 — Solution

We produced a full CGI architectural visualisation package: exterior renders in sunrise, daytime, and sunset lighting scenarios, photorealistic interior animations, and a fully navigable virtual tour optimised for desktop and mobile. The 3D real estate visualisation production included custom landscape design, accurate sun-angle simulations, and materials matched to the actual architectural specification sheets.

03 — Result

Skyline Development sold 60% of units before the foundation stone was laid, with buyers relying entirely on the 3D visualisation materials as their basis for decision. The virtual tour was embedded in property listings on OtoDom and Rightmove, generating 4,200 unique tour sessions in the first eight weeks of the campaign.
