Horizon Summit — Event Film
Event film covering the annual Horizon Tech Summit — multi-camera 3-day conference coverage edited into a 2-minute promotional film for B2B tech audiences.
01 — Task
Horizon Tech needed a professional conference film that would document the scale and energy of their 3-day annual tech summit — capturing keynote speeches, networking sessions, and workshop content for LinkedIn marketing, sponsor reporting, and next-year ticket sales. The corporate event video had to work both as an attendee recap and as a standalone marketing asset.
02 — Solution
We deployed a multi-camera event video production team across three full conference days, covering keynotes, breakout sessions, and candid networking moments with additional drone footage of the venue exterior. The conference film was edited into a fast-paced 2-minute social cut and an 8-minute documentary version for sponsor and partner presentations.
03 — Result
The event film reached 45,000 views on LinkedIn within 30 days, making it the most-shared content asset in Horizon Tech's marketing history. The video served as the primary driver for the following year's ticket sales campaign, which saw early registrations increase 31% compared to the prior edition.
